Only thing is, it'll be finished later than the station's more visible improvements on the Marunouchi side. Incidentally, Osaka Station is also undergoing massive refurbishment and expansion, due to be completed in spring 2011 (which I think is when the Marunouchi side of Tokyo station gets finished too).
